We provide motivated and knowledgeable students and graduates from the universities of Turku ranging from environmental experts and theologians to social and cultural scientists further to economists. We also offer valuable research information and arrange recruitment events which can be targeted for a specific student group.

A practical training is becoming increasingly essential in university study programmes. Thus, offering a traineeship for a university student is a great way for the companies to find talented and motivated employees.

We act inside the universities and know our jobseekers and therefore are able to find precisely what you need among hundreds of candidates. With our help your company or organisation can also increase its visibility on campus and among the university students.

What we have to offer

Turku Academic Career Services consist of the Career Services of all three universities in Turku and Turku Employment and Economic Development Office. We also have an established co-operation with the Turku University of Applied Sciences. In short we can make your information visible to all students at the Institutions of Higher Education in Turku!

We are at your service:

• When you want to announce vacancies in our notice boards, web sites and mailing lists.
• When you need to contact a selected group of students and jobseekers.
• When you need more personnel for example for a project. We can help you with finding a suitable trainee.
• If your company is looking for ways to become more international. A great way to do that is to hire an international student from Finland or abroad as a trainee!
• When you are looking for a permanent worker, we can look through the job applications for you and help arranging the job interviews.
• If you want us to assist you in arranging enterprise presentations and recruitment events.

All our services except for screening job applications and arranging an enterprise presentation are free of charge. The arrangement of events is subject to a service charge plus additional immediate costs such as refreshments.
